"We have been working with Infogate for over 7 years and have always been satisfied with their knowledge, prompt attention and caring attitude. In todays business world, we are so dependent on our computers, network and internet functionality - when you have a problem with any of those - it can cause havoc with a business. Infogate responds to each situation with care and technical "knowhow". It is like having our own "IT" department without the corresponding employee expenses. I would highly recommend Infogate."

I could have easily brought this function in house, but have felt that I am better served by having the multi faceted expertise of Infogate provide services. They have built our website and maintain it, as well as having set up our internal computer systems and servers to handle our email, and other functions. "We have been using InfoGate for our outside IT consultants for over 5 years. During this time InfoGate has provides excellent on-site and off-site support. When we contact InfoGate during the week our call is answered by a person, and never goes to a voice attendant system. On the week-end support is always just an email or phone call away. This is extremely important as our staff travels or works remotely. If our need is affecting our Partners or staff from working InfoGate attempts to guide us through a solution. If this fails a technician is immediately dispatched. Great service, responsiveness, and a company that really values their clients!"
